SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What are the shipping timelines?

Orders once dispatched are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability. During peak periods or festive seasons, delivery may take slightly longer — but we’ll keep you informed.

How will I know when my order is shipped?

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with your tracking link so you can follow your Bloom Saree’s journey in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

At present, BloomSutra ships only within India. International shipping is coming soon — follow us on Instagram, Facebook or join the BloomSutra Club for more updates.

What if I’m not available during delivery?

Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your Bloom Saree. Please ensure accurate address details and availability to avoid RTO (return to origin).

My order shows “RTO” — what does that mean?

It means the parcel returned to us after failed delivery attempts. For genuine cases, shipping can be re-attempted after your confirmation. This time, the shipping charges will need to be paid by you prior to dispatch.

Please note that repeat RTO cases may affect eligibility for future orders.

RETURNS
Can I return a Bloom saree if I change my mind?

Yes, you may return your saree within 48 hours of delivery if it is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original packaging and tags intact. Free gifts must also be returned.

Are all sarees eligible for return?

No. Sarees purchased during Clearance sales, or those with customizations, pico, falls, tassels, or signs of being worn or washed cannot be returned.

How do I initiate a return?

Email hello@bloomsutra.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Name & contact
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
Who bears the shipping cost for returns?

Customers bear the cost for standard returns.

For damaged products verified by BloomSutra, return shipping is free, either via reverse pickup or reimbursement.

What happens if my prepaid order is returned due to Returned To Origin (RTO)?

If your prepaid order is returned to us (RTO) due to an incomplete address, unavailability, or refusal at delivery, a refund will be initiated after deducting both forward and return shipping charges. For genuine reasons or interested customers, shipping can be re-attempted after your confirmation — however, this time, the shipping charges will need to be paid by you prior to dispatch.

Please note that repeat RTO cases may affect eligibility for future orders.

REFUNDS & BLOOMCREDIT
How will I receive my refund?

All approved returns are refunded as BloomCredit (store credit) via a unique coupon code, valid for 1 year. BloomCredit can be used to purchase another Bloom saree and is applicable on all products, including new collections.

How do I use BloomCredit?

Add products to your cart, enter your BloomCredit code at checkout, and the value will be adjusted in your final bill amount.

  • If order value is higher, you pay the difference.
  • If lower, the remaining credit lapses.
Can I redeem BloomCredit for cash?

No. BloomCredit is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and valid only on bloomsutra.com.

What if I return an order placed using BloomCredit?

Approved returns will be refunded back into BloomCredit. The original expiry date remains unchanged, giving you the full remaining validity period to find your perfect Bloom piece.

CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only within 2 hours of placing the order. Requests after this window cannot be accommodated.

Can I cancel customized or altered orders?

No, these orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

How do COD cancellations work?

COD orders are shipped only after confirmation. Unconfirmed or refused orders may affect future COD eligibility. Cancellations within the 2-hour window are voided with no charges.
