At BloomSutra, we’re committed to making your shopping experience as seamless and joyful as possible — right from placing your order to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. Each parcel is prepared with care, prayer and affirmations, carrying our heartfelt wish for your feminine bloom to shine.
Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
· Where we ship: We currently deliver across India.
· Shipping charges: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
· Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with an additional handling fee of INR 150/- at checkout.
· Address & contact details:
- To ensure your Bloom package reaches you safely, please provide complete and accurate shipping information.
- For smooth delivery, we recommend adding an alternate contact number, just in case the primary one is unavailable.
Order Dispatch
Every BloomSutra saree passes through loving hands before it finds its way to yours. Each order is carefully quality-checked, packed with care, and prepared for dispatch.
Here’s what to expect once you place your order:
· Processing time: Orders are typically ready for dispatch within 24–48 hours.
· Pico work: If pico finishing is requested, please allow an additional 24 hours.
· Peak seasons & sales: During festive seasons, new launches, or sale events, processing times may extend slightly. Even so, we strive to ensure your Bloom package reaches you without delay.
Order Tracking & Delivery
We want your BloomSutra package to reach you smoothly and on time. To make this possible, We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your Bloom arrives smoothly and securely.
- Tracking your order: As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details, AWB number, and a direct tracking link. You can also view updates anytime under the “My Account” section on our website.
- Delivery timelines: Orders usually reach you within 3–7 working days, depending on your delivery pincode.
- Undeliverable Orders: We understand that sometimes deliveries may not go as planned. An order may be marked undeliverable if:
- The shipping address or contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
- The customer is unavailable to receive the package after three delivery attempts by our courier partner.
In such cases, the parcel is automatically returned to us. We’ll be happy to re-ship it once the correct details are confirmed, provided the customer bears the applicable shipping charges.
Your cooperation in providing accurate details during checkout and being available for delivery helps us ensure your Bloom package reaches you on time and without delay.
· Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines: We’re happy to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. To ensure your Bloom package reaches you safely:
1. COD is available for locations and contact numbers where our courier can collect payment reliably.
2. If COD isn’t available for your order, we’ll notify you immediately and suggest switching to pre-paid payment so you can receive your Bloom package without delay.
3. Only if the customer does not choose pre-paid or cannot complete payment, BloomSutra may need to cancel the order.
4. Helpful tip: Keep your payment ready and provide an accurate contact number for a smooth COD experience.
Our goal is always to make sure your Bloom reaches you safely and joyfully, while offering you flexible payment options.
- Damaged or tampered package: We know how disappointing it can be to wait for something special and then find the package damaged or tampered with. In a rare scenario this happens –
- You may kindly refuse to accept it.
- Upon refusal, kindly also click a photo of the damaged parcel.
- Email it to us at hello@bloomsutra.com.
Once we receive your email, our team will review the case and guide you with the next steps. Here’s what happens after you write to us:
- Review with care: Our team will go through the photo and details you’ve shared.
- Resolution: Based on the review, BloomSutra will make the final decision to either arrange a replacement, initiate a store credit, or suggest an alternative solution.
- Update: We’ll keep you informed at every step until the matter is fully resolved, so you’re never left wondering.
Please note: BloomSutra reserves the right to verify claims based on the photos and details provided by the customer before processing a resolution. We are unable to process exchanges or returns if the box has been opened or tampered with after package has been accepted by the customer. For more details, kindly refer to our Returns & Cancellations Policy.
International Shipping:
Currently, BloomSutra ships only within India. We are exploring international delivery options and will share updates when available.
But if you don’t want to miss out on our beautiful blooms, you’re welcome to place your order to an Indian address and arrange international forwarding yourself, so the magic of BloomSutra can reach you, even before our international shipping is live.
- Responsibility: Once the parcel is successfully delivered to the Indian address, all aspects of international shipping — including courier selection, documentation, customs duties, import taxes etc — are the sole responsibility of the customer. BloomSutra has no role or liability in this process. BloomSutra’s responsibility ends once the package is delivered to the Indian address provided.
- Customs & taxes: BloomSutra is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delays that may arise during international forwarding. We encourage international customers to plan ahead so your package can reach you smoothly across borders.
Important Notes:
While we pour love and care into every Bloom package, some aspects of delivery are beyond our control. To keep things transparent, here are a few important notes
· BloomSutra is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from delays or failed deliveries. All timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
· While we partner with trusted logistics providers, BloomSutra cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, or delays caused solely by the courier partner.
· Delivery Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, delivery may be affected by factors such as— natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, heavy rains, drought, fire), strikes, government actions, national emergencies, disruptions with courier services, health-related restrictions such as pandemics or quarantine orders etc.
While BloomSutra cannot be held liable for compensation or reimbursements in such situations, please be assured that we will stay connected with you and do our best to keep you informed until your Bloom package reaches you safely.
