Returns
- Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery, with product unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Parcel opening video is must to claim for damaged products
Refunds
- All approved returns will be refunded as BloomCredit (store credit) in the form of a unique coupon code, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
- BloomCredit will only be issued for orders where the full payment has been received by BloomSutra (prepaid or COD successfully paid).
